Page 218 lists the coverage as $2,000,000 each occurrence and $6,000,000 aggregate if passenger trains don’t operate on the track; and $5,000,000 each occurrence and $10,000,000 aggregate if passenger trains do operate. Please confirm which limits apply.

Due to digital signatures, we are unable to combine a majority of the plan sheets. Specifically sheets 0064-043-744C501_03 through 0064-043-744C501-11(4). Would the Dept please provide a combined pdf of this "Part 2" and a combined pdf of "Part 1" - sheets 1 through 2W(2)?

It’s Contrast Pavement marking. This material is typically applied to bridge surfaces.

No. The quantity only include the skip which is normal/standard VDOT skip. It isn't to be included in item 1820.
