Keith Riggs from Dominion has informed me that they will be finished with utility relocation in 4 weeks. This does not leave the other utility companies enough time to relocate utilities. Will the start date of the project be adjusted?

No, the start date of the project will not be adjusted. A Special Provision is included that details sequence of work for the contractor. This includes direction on how to proceed while private utility construction is being completed. The first phase of work is to relocate water and sanitary sewer utilities. The date set forth in the SP to begin roadway is June 29, 2019.
