Is the completion Date in the proposal correct? This seems to be a very aggressive schedule, also the bid item for Field Office is 18 months, and there are only going to be 10 months available for work with the published completion date.

Yes, the completion date is correct. The field office will be paid for by the month as long as it is needed.
