According to the descriptions in the back of the proposal, if the area and quantity shown for spot milling are correct, the quantity of SM-9.5D and IM-19.0D plant mix may be much less than shown. Could you verify the milling and plant mix quantities?

Thanks for alerting us to this. VDOT will soon issue an addendum to correct this.
