On page 106 line one of the proposal states that this project consists of grading, removal and erection of two signs, placing pipe, excavation of ditch line, placing stone, surface mix asphalt and pavement markings. Will bid items be added for this work? Will a plan sheet showing where this work will take place along with details be added?
