The Traffic Management Plan on Page 86 of the proposal states the following under "District limitations of Operation": "Lane and shoulder closures are only permitted in accordance with the attached spreadsheet." We are unable to locate the referenced spreadsheet in the proposal or on Falcon. Could you direct us to it?

Thank you. It may just be a technical glitch but we don't see the Available Lane Closures posted anywhere, yet.

Subject: Additional Flagger Service Type: Proposal

There is a bid item for Flagger Service(300 hours). On Page 78 of the contract, in the "Flagger Service" paragraph, it states that any hours required beyond the contract numbers will be paid at only $15 per hour(regardless of the bid rate). Is this correct? Note that the Davis Bacon rate for a flagger in some locations for this project is $13.64 per hour.

The bid item for Flagger Service is being removed by addendum. Flagger Service will not be a separate bid item and the price will need to be included in the Lump Sum Maintenance of Traffic bid item. The language in the Special Provision for Section 512- Maintaining Traffic – Non-Schedules (Lump Sum) is correct and will apply to this contract.
