Is this for the concrete disposal and, if so, are any disposal manifest required?

The Department has determine that an Environmental Health and Safety plan was not required for Str# 1012 as this structure is all concrete.
There are no disposal manifest documentation requirements for concrete.

The plans show 6160 sf of temporary shoring at structure B606. Four lines of shoring will be required at each abutment but only about 35 linear feet of shoring is shown at each location. The estimated quantities appears to include the area of temporary shoring under the excavation line. Can you either adjust the bid quantity or provide the estimated quantity and allowable limits of temporary shoring per location?

Please consider the ATTD on the pay item to mean PLAN .
The calculation for the sheet piling for B606 / UPC 77302 was based on four sections of piling at 35 feet in length times an average height of 22 feet. This resulted in the 6160 square foot quantity.
4 x 35 ft x 22 ft x 2 abutments = 6160 sq ft.

For Sheet 2A of 0011-011-110, M501; is the 4" perforated pipe and the embankment stabilization fabric shown in Inset B, included in the price of the #357 stone?

The embankment stabilization fabric is included in the price for Item 00155 Geotextile (Embankment Stabilization). The 4” perforated pipe is incidental to the price for the #357 stone.

The plan set for 295-20 (B606) is available in Falcon, the set is titled 295-20_001 – 295-20_039. The plan sheets, once opened, will reference the State Project Number 0111-011-110, M501 on the top right. The 295-20 reference is shown on the bottom right of the plan sheets.

The Proposal lists 2 Project Numbers, describes the Project as 'Bridge Replacements' (plural), has 'Various' for the Locations, and contains 2 Notices for Authorization, one for a 112.50' x 56' Bridge, and the other with a 65.95' x 56' Bridge.
Plans are only provided for the 112.50 x 56' Bridge, but the Bid Item approximate quantities are for significantly more than the one Bridge.
Many of the Bid Documents reference the 2 project Numbers.
Can you confirm that we are to Bid Project Number: (NFO) 0011-011-109, M501, B605, and that we are not bidding (NFO) 0011-011-110, M501, B606?
