They ask us to save and reuse bridge brackets (2 per post hold the post to the parapet) and have new Stainless steel ones made where required. Those are Galvanized steel- unless I am wrong and someone has confirmed it in the field. Please clarify.

The existing chain link fence post brackets are stainless steel, so the replacement should be stainless also.

Drawing shows the chain link mesh to be 9 gauge 2" mesh -(hole opening size) PED fence over highways and railroads are 1" mesh. which should it be?

In this case the specified 2” opening chain link fence mesh is what is desired.
