No, the department is not intending to leave out Section 315.05(e). The omission of Special Provision S315HP2 DENSITY DETERMINATION was an oversight. Due to the lateness of this discovery, no addendum can be issued, but S315HP2 will be included in the executed contract. Bidders can view the special provision under the "Announcements" using the link titled 938- Special Provision Density Determination 5/22/17.
