Are all the spot paving areas in the right lane? How many spots are involved? Should the milling item be Above 2" - 4" instead of 0" - 2"?

Yes all the spot paving areas are in the right lane. There are 3-4 areas that need to be milled. The milling item should be Above 2" - 4". An addendum will be issued to show this.
