Does the PF-8 (Signal Pole Foundation) require a 1' reveal? Sheet 6(1A)1 is an older version and only requires a 3" reveal.

The state will be furnishing the traffic poles for this project. The poles meet the 2007 standards for traffic signal poles & arms foundations. Therefore Sheet 6(1A)1 should be followed.  
 
Subject: Fixed Completion Date Type: Proposal

The fixed completion date shown in the proposal is November 16, 2017. However, the Interim Completion Date on Page 5 is December 14, 2017 with a 20 Calendar day incentive. Please verify that these dates are accurate.

The new FCD is 12/22/17 & the Interim Completion Date is 11/16/2017. An addendum will be issued.
