There are several outstanding question that are supposed to be answered by the addendum, but it is not yet posted. I am concerned that we will not have enough time to digest the changes before bid. Will the receipt of bids be delayed?

Because the revision affect so many pages, the Department has decided to replace the entire document. Therefore, the receipt of bids has been delayed until February 22, 2017

Would the Dept consider release of additional documents for Call Order 409, i.e., a .CSV tabulated format file structure or other format which may have been used to compile the PDF of the location information? We are looking for a working file which would include lat/long, route name, quantities, Item Code and description of material.

409 is missing the Special Provision section as well as the Schedule of Work location section. Please incorporate those items ASAP.

Page 290 of 290 Schedule Notes shows "Any milled areas shall be repaved during the same working day." Is this really the intent of the Department??

Is it really the intent of the Department to utilize tandem axle dump trucks (25% more cost) 3' mills (the Wirtgen 150i mill weighs too much at 45,400 lbs) and driveway pavers (the smallest CAT Paver weighs 39,000 pounds) to complete the majority of work on this project?
