On page 30 of 30 of Scheule Notes (p. 158 of Proposal) it states "any milled areas will be repaved during the same working day". This note as stated will greatly hamper the constructability of this schedule and unduly raise cost to the Department. Please review and comment. Also- same page of Schedule Notes it details the weight/size/etc of equipment to be used on "subdivision routes" and other areas. Alot of subdivisions use 6xx route numbers . These restrictions show weights and GVW's that are EXTREMLY small for ther general paving business. Please review and comment.

Per the location schedule, location #4 (sheet 133) has no information other than the route is Rte. 688 and travels from Rte. 288 to Rte. 60 and is 2.42 miles long. There is no such road that is named Rte. 688. The only rte. 688 in Chesterfield Co. is Dakins Dr. Can you please confirm this route with coordinates?

The correct Route number is 668. This is N. Woolridge Road.

Where are the NO PARKING FIRE LANE messages on Woolridge Road? Is the quantity of 900 EA, the number of messages or the number of letters? Is there a size available?

The bid item “No Parking Fire Lane” is quantity 1 (900 shown in contract is incorrect). The pavement message marking is to be located on the short right shoulder – pull off in the eastbound direction just east of Rte 754 (Coalfield Rd). The size is 2 square feet for each letter. See addendum.
