Section 512.04 states the following items will be paid at rates specified in this section. Flagger $15.00 Per HR Pilot Vehicles $23.00 Per HR Electronic Arrows $5.00 Per HR Group 2 Channelizing Devices $1.00 Per Day Etc.... Please advise if the items in this section will be paid at the unit price bid or will they be paid at the set rates in this section of the spec.

SE-5 electrical service states refer to spec 700 but there is a plan page for an SE-5 requiring a control center. Please clarify which SE-5 service will be required.

The lighting control center is “as noted on plans”. No control center is needed for this project, as nothing is noted on the plans. The SE-5 should conform with both section 700 and the detail drawing.

Drawing 1F specifies the Lane Closure time frames as night work. Can all other work be performed during the day that doesn't require a lane closure?

Yes, other work can be completed outside of the hours on sheet 1F that does not require lane closures.
