Subject: NTP and Completion Date Type: Proposal
Question Date: 9/28/2016 7:15:10 AM
Now that this project has been delayed 1 month, NTP will not be given until after the Asphalt plants have closed making the completion of the Stage 1 work before spring impossible. Can the Department give the NTP by December 1st now that it has been delayed or can the project time frame be moved to April 2017 - April 2018?
Answer   Date: 10/21/2016 11:56:51 AM
Phase 1 temporary median crossover paving and switch southbound traffic onto the northbound lane needs to be done no sooner than March 15, 2017 but no later than March 22, 2017 unless otherwise approved by the Engineer. The fixed completion date has been revised to April 23, 2018. See addendum letter dated October 18, 2016 for more details.

Subject: Type: Proposal
Question Date: 9/26/2016 3:24:04 PM
There is a bid item in the Proposal for SM-19E 76-22 and the plan sheet shows SM12.5E and SM 12.5D on sheet 2A in the details and on Sheet 2C the pavement summary only shows SM 12.5E as surface course. How do we bid this ?
Answer   Date: 9/27/2016 2:33:44 PM
This needs to be corrected. The Department is therefore delaying the receipt of bids until October 26th, and will issue an addendum.
