Please provide "Special Design Laminated Pad" & "Replace Rocker Expansion Bearing" details. Dimensional details required to produce a quote for these 2 items.

Addendum issued with a SPCN that removes the payment for furnishing the bearing. VDOT will either provide the bearing ourselves or pay the contractor the invoice price for the bearing.
