On the bid proposal form item #440 calls for Native Seed Mixture, we are unable to locate in the plans the exact seed mixture and rates. Can you please provide seed mix and rates for this item?

Native seed mixture is provided in a table on Plan sheet 2B under “NONESTANDARD SEED MIX” .

On plan sheet 2A they indicate (4) Temporary Construction Entrances and reference Special Design Section Drawing No. A-5. We are unable to locate Special Design Section Drawing No. A-5, can you please provide information were we can find this sheet?

The asterisk in the Erosion Control Summary denotes an item that is “Not a pay item.” The following text: Special Design Section Drawing No. A-5 is not related to the asterisk and should be disregarded.
