This Project is required to be completed January 25, 2017. This completion date seems inconsistent with final paving, seeding dates and permanent pavement markings, considering normal weather and temperatures experienced during January. Would the Department reconsider the completion date?

The Department’s Contact Time Determination Report (CTDR) indicates work can be accomplished prior to advertised completion date. The Contractor will be responsible to provide sufficient resources necessary to undertake temperature sensitive activities during time periods within allowable ranges. Based on CTDR analysis the completion date will not be revised at this time.
