On page 275 of the Special Provisions, there are requirements for protection of bats roosting in the structure. Are there any restrictions for clearing of trees (related to the bats) as specified on other VDOT projects?

The advertisement and the website both list the fixed completion date as April 15, 2017. The proposal lists the date as December 21, 2016. Which is correct?

April 15, 2017 is the fixed completion date. However, there is a provisional completion date of December 21, 2016 for opening to traffic.
