It appears that there is a new item code 15309 for Asphalt Emul Asph Slurry Seal Type B. There is no listing that this item code is eligible for Fuel Adjustment or Asphalt Adjustment. Also, Order number 237 has the same item code for Asphalt Emul Asph Slurry Seal Type C.

Emul. Asph. Slurry Seal Type B is eligible for Fuel Adjustment and Asphalt Adjustment. Item code 15309 will be replaced with item code 16120 Emul. Asphalt Slurry Seal Type B in the executed contract. Item code 16120 is eligible for a Fuel Factor Adjustment of 0.01 Gallons per Unit and will be shown on the form C-21B and Item code 16120 is included in the Special Provision for Asphalt Material Price Adjustment S109G07. Please bid accordingly.
