Is the new 14-inch force main PVC or ductile iron pipe? If ductile iron should it be P401 lined?

This pipe should be 14” CL52 DIP with exterior bituminous coating, a P-401 interior lining with a polyethylene encasement.

Per Revision 1, the removal of the 107.15 provision; does this mean we no longer have a DBE goal of 12%? If so should the C-111 be re-issued to show this revision?

There is still a 12% DBE requirement. The revision adds a requirement for the REPORTING of SWaM participation. No SWaM goal.
