On page 123 of the proposal it states in paragraph 1 that VDOT will retain GR-9 assemblies that are removed on this contract. Is it VDOT's intention to retain and have delivered to a VDOT location the entire 50' unit including panel, posts, blocks, extruder head, etc. or just the extruder head alone?

The Department wants the the entire 50' unit including panel, posts, blocks, extruder head, etc. delivered to the designated VDOT location.
