It appears that the following segments should include quantities for loop replacement. Request that the Department review. Rte. 145 from 0.07 mi E of Kingsland Rd. to Jefferson Davis Hwy. EB Rte. 147 from Robious Rd. to 0.14 mi. E of Polo Pkwy.

Correct, Route 145 and 147 have signal loops that will require replacement. We will utilize the contract pay item for these additional loops.

Is the Department going to require splice kits for the loop detectors to consist of a plastic molded body with a two-part epoxy?
