There are multiple items listed for demolition that are indicated on Sheet 2F1 to be included in the clearing of the parcel. For example, Biditem 960 is for demo of an 8" waterline on Parcel 008. Biditem 1230 is for Clearing of parcel 008. The chart indicates that the waterline demo should be included in the clearing. It seems that this item is being included in two different biditems. Please clarify.

The addendum dated 6/12/2015 has addressed these issues.  
 
Subject: Item 24160 - Construction Signs Type: Bid Sheet

Bid Sheet lists 11,618 sf as the total amount for this project. After reviewing the plans and specifications, it seems this number is elevated by quite a bit. I found an estimated figure around 500 sf. Can this quantity on the bid sheet be verified? Thank you.

The Department has checked this item and it appears to be estimated at 965sf. An addendum will be issue for this change.
