There are two grading summaries on the plans. Which is correct?

As depicted on the Title Sheet, the project was divided into two distinct UPC numbers for funding purposes. One includes the roundabout at Route 600, and the other is for the improvements along Route 226 toward Route 1. The Grading Summaries for these are both listed on Sheet 2D(3). Please refer to the total line below the second summary it should match the quantities in the price sheets. The quantity on the price sheets takes precedence over everything else, please bid accordingly.

The plans show the loop detectors to be 6' x 50' (sheets 7(1) through 7(9)). As the typical standard is 6' x 40' can you confirm that the loops are 6' x 50'?
