Line Item No. 0090 is "Flexible Pavement Planing 0" - 2" with a quantity of 57,246.93 SY. Per the Typical Sections for both Option "A" Cold-Plant Recycling and Option "B" Asphalt Mill and Fill and the Project Detail Sheets pages 65 through 74 at the back of the Proposal, there is no reference to this Item of Work being performed. Please confirm if this Item of Work is to be performed on this project; and if so, where and when in relation to the other Items of Work and sequence of construction.

Special Provision for “Placement of Asphalt Concrete Overlays” discusses a Special Provision for “Rideability”. Can the department make a copy of the Rideability Special Provision available?
