The completion date is August 4th, but the time of year restrictions for work in the creek runs from May 15th to July 31st. That only leaves 4 days to complete any remaining work in the stream. Should the completion date be moved further out?

Will the overhead utilities near the bridge be relocated? If so, to where?

The railroad utility lines are not in services so they will not be relocated. These lines will be removed by the railroad. We expect this work to be performed prior to construction.

There is a note on the plans indicating that plans are available for the existing superstructure. Would you please post those?

The original plans are not available. The superstructure replacement completed a few years ago to keep the road open until these plans could be finished is what is in the archive folder.
