This project requires very expensive carbon fiber reinforcing steel in the beams. This is a sole source product from Tokyo rope who we have worked with on two other projects, including Nimmo parkway. They informed us today that they would not have a price for the materials until tomorrow. Without their quote, we will not be able to bid.

The Department will delay receipt of bids until August 27th to sort this out.

Will the Existing Structure plans be made available on Falcon?
