The General Notes for Maintenance of Bridges, par. J. on pg. 170 describes (NS) Replace Aluminum Post (2 Rails) as a procedure but it is not included on the Schedule of Items nor is it listed in the Estimated Quantities sheet. Do we need to provide pricing for this procedure?

0360 Superstr. Wid./Repair, Repair 1 Rail New is referenced on the Schedule of Items, however, the Estimated Quantities on pg 175 of the specifications refers to Replace Aluminum Post (1 Rail New). Can clarification be given as to the intended repair for this line item?
