on page 4 of the specification section 108.02 limitation of operations . For routes 627 & 679 it states that the contractor may close these routes for 30 consecutive days per structure except for the following period (no dates or given for time period.)\ The same goes for rte. 781 in Montgomery County, there is no time period given. Is this being left up to the contractor for the time period he needs to do the work or was this left out of the proposal specification and needs to be added.

Routes 627, 679 and 781 can be closed any time of the year except as noted in the contract as stated below: SECTION 108.02 LIMITATION OF OPERATIONS of the Specifications is amended to include the following: No work will be permitted between 4 PM Friday November 14, 2014 and 9 AM Monday April 6, 2015.
