Bridge Plans Sheet 10 calls out the intermediate diaphragms. Sheet 11 mentions end diaphragms. Please confirm there are no steel channel end diaphragms on this bridge, only closure diaphragm concrete.

Bridge Plans Sheet 20 and 23 have conflicting limits of payment for the railing. Sheet 20 shows that terminal walls are not included within the railing item, 23 shows the opposite. Please confirm the measurement limits for the parapet and terminal wall.

Bridge Plan Sheets 20 and 23 are VDOT Standard CPSR-1 CPSRT-3 Details. And the limits indicate the limit on the superstructure, however both 42” CPSR Railing and 42” CPSR Terminal Wall are accounted in the quantity item for Railing, CPSR 2 rail in Bridge Plan Sheet 2 of 27.

Sheet 20 has two section details of the railing, one of which shows a sidewalk. Sheet 9 showing the transverse section of bridge deck does not show a sidewalk. Please confirm there is no sidewalk to be constructed on this bridge.

Bridge Plan Sheets 20 is a VDOT Standard CPSR-1 Detail. It includes the details for the cases with and without sidewalk. However, the details with the sidewalk do not apply to this project.
