The pay item is listed as1each, ssuming this would be for the new OH Sign structure which is typically paid by the CY. Please clarify

The concrete foundation will be measured in units of each and will be paid for at the contract unit price per each. The concrete foundations will be in accordance with Specification Section 700.

This is not a standard foundation and without approved drawings the concrete could be anywhere from 25cy up to 100cy. Concrete items 0540, 0550 and 0580 are priced per cy why would this item be different?

Bid Item 1130 Eradicate Linear Pavement marking is under the Signing and Pavement Marking summary and Bid Item 1140 Eradicate Linear Pavement Marking is under the Temporary Traffic Summary. Both bid items are required.

Plan sheet 2C shows 6 total Impact Atten. Ser. Ty. 1, TL-3, >= 40 MPH. There are 5 under the Maintenance of Traffic summary and 1 under the Pavement and Incidental summary.
