Any classification not listed in the predetermined wage rates may be submitted for review and approval via Form C51 to Lynchburg District Civil Rights.

The work on route 58 MP 17.02 to MP 19.3 has a Norfolk and Southern RxR crossing adjacent to the work. Does the state have a Right of Entry or Railroad Agreement? If so, will the contractor or department be responsible for railroad flaggers?

The Contractor shall not perform work within 10 feet of the Railway right-of-way in accordance with SPCN SECTION 108.02—LIMITATIONS OF OPERATIONS (RAILWAY R/W) on page 8 of the proposal. A Right of Entry and Railroad agreement will not be required.

In the No Plan Assembly several sections have 16516 Flex.Pave.Tie-In Planing 0”-2” (ACOT-1s) on sections that are mill and fill. Where will this item be used? Pages 235, 237, 239, 240, & 241

This item will be used on transitions into existing bridges and terminal joints as necessary to provide a smooth transition.
