Can you provide the special provision for item 0720 remove existing concrete foundation and item 0730 remove exist. signal pole? They are not in the bid proposal or the drawings.

The SPCN for Remove Existing Concrete Foundation can be found at the bottom of page 28 of the proposal and the SPCN for Remove Existing Signal Pole can be found at the top of page 29 of the proposal.
