Per Section 103.02 of the Specifications, the Department is provided 60 days to award the project. This provides a small window to complete the project and limited room for any type of schedule delay. If the Contractor suffers a delay due to COVID-19 and such delay impacts its ability to complete the project prior to the Completion Date, will the Department consider this an acceptable delay and provide a time extension?
