This item suddenly appeared between the original and this addendum. It specifically states on 10(3) that these are included in the lighting plan.

The quantity of 2 Lighting Luminaires,Pole Mounted TY A are correctly summarized
on sheet 11(2) for lighting the entrance on plan 11(5) and are not for the traffic signal on plan 10(3). This item was in the original bid plans.

Two mast arm pole mounted luminaires summarized, along with the 2 LP-2 light pole mounted luminaires, on the lighting item summary sheet 11(2) were inadvertently added to the signal plans summary sheet, 10(2). The luminaires inadvertently added to Sheet 10(2) will not be deleted before bids are due to be submitted.

Signal plan sheet 10(3) conduit run T states grounding for SE-3 and the inset for the Northeast Quadrant specify an SE-3 as well. Can you clarify how many and which electrical service is required?

The quantity summary is correct that electrical service will be Type SE-8. On plan 10(3), the notations on conduit run T and the inset for the NE Quadrant will be revised accordingly and included in the
upcoming addendum.

We have verified the quantity on the Traffic and; Lighting Summaries are incorrect. The summaries will be revised to reflect a total of 18 S1 boxes. Plan 10(3) has 14, Plan 10(4) has 1 and plan 11(6) has 3. An addendum to address quantity items will be issued the second week in June
