What will the temporary road bed be constructed out of after pavement demolition but before the addition of No. 21B?

Existing surface, aggregate base, and subbase material which will be demolished or obliterated during construction and is suitable for maintenance of traffic shall be salvaged and utilized at no additional cost to the Department. There is also prime and cover material included as bid items to be applied when subject to traffic for longer periods of time.

No, please see Interim Milestone Completion Incentive/Disincentive special provision copied note in the proposal for details. The detour will be for a period up to 14 calendar days to install structure 4-2.
