On page 169 of the proposal the lane closure restrictions are Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 9:00 am and from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm unless otherwise specified. None of the individual routes lists any restrictions. Are these times meant for the entire project?

The Special Provision on page 169 has incorrect lane closure restrictions. Lane closures shall not be implemented Saturday and Sunday without written approval from the Engineer. A revision will be forthcoming to modify the language in the Special Provision.
