Plan (Sh 2 of 16) shows Type B Patching quantity includes surface of bridge deck both on top and underneath, Can you breakdown the quantity for top surface and bottom surface because they require different procedure/equipment to repair?

The deck Patching Type B (LMC-VE) will be used for the surface of bridge deck and for any repairs underneath of bridge deck will be paid under pay item for concrete superstructure surface repair.	9/20/2019
The deck Patching Type B (LMC-VE) approximately quantity of 70 SY to be used for top of the deck and approximately 30 SY to be used for underneath of the deck. The contractor only will be paid for this work under pay item no. 0180-62534.	9/20/2019
