The quantity for the A4 concrete and the structural excavation should be 405 CY instead of 1,510 CY.	3/18/2019
The bridge over Linkhorn Bay was inspected in 2013; no asbestos was discovered. However, the inspector cannot say with 100% certainty that there is no asbestos, as it is possible that some materials are hidden. For that reason, the specification for removal of asbestos is included for this scenario.	3/18/2019
