On the plans there are programmable signal heads. These heads are different in pricing than regular signal heads. Should there be a line item for this?

There are two programmable heads in the design. SOI will be revised to include six (6) "TRAF. SIG. HEAD SEC. 12" SEL. VIEW" item # 51183.	11/1/2018
