The answers do not make sense. CCTV camera pole foundation line item needs to be the same description and paid for by cubic yard. PF-8 foundation is for a signal pole. The only reference or specification to an RF-1 foundation is sheet 9(2A)1, is there somewhere else that we can find the specifications? Will line items be revised to reflect the change?

The reference of RF-1 is incorrect and is to be replaced with PF-8 Foundation. The standards for a PF-8 foundation can be found on pages 1310.12 and 1310.13 of the 2016 VDOT Road and Bridge Standards. After further review, the Department has decide the pay item will be revised to CY. An addendum will be issued.	7/7/2017
