Where are the NO PARKING FIRE LANE messages on Woolridge Road? Is the quantity of 900 EA, the number of messages or the number of letters? Is there a size available?

The bid item “No Parking Fire Lane” is quantity 1 (900 shown in contract is incorrect). The pavement message marking is to be located on the short right shoulder – pull off in the eastbound direction just east of Rte 754 (Coalfield Rd). The size is 2 square feet for each letter.
