Should a pay item be added for Borrow material since the existing soil won't meet the requirement for embankment.

An addendum is being processed to add a bid item for borrow excavation to account for project soils that are not expected to meet requirements.	5/17/2016
Lump Sum Grading includes the construction of embankments. Material will need to be obtained that meets the requirements of Note G6 on Sheet 2A. This should be accounted for in the LS price.	5/12/2016
