Ref Sheet 2E 1) The borrow quantity does not match the calculation given. The borrow quantity given seems to be for Traffic Control Phase 1 only, but the diagram/summary does not reflect this. 2) The job appears to be a surplus haul off, but no surplus is indicated on the grading diagram. 3) Do the cut quantities for the detours include the removal of the temporary crossovers during Stage 4? It does not appear so.

The borrow quantities shown on grading diagram for Detour West (MOT) and Detour East (MOT) are for stage 1 only. There is no borrow for other stages. 2) The job appears to be a surplus haul off, but no surplus is indicated on the grading diagram. A.) The job is a surplus haul off. 3) Do the cut quantities for the detours include the removal of the temporary crossovers during Stage 4? It does not appear so. A.) YES. The total includes the removal of all the temporary work. 8/22/2014
