54" BPPS-1 shown on Bridge Plan sheet 1 of 49 and detailed on Roadway Plan sheets 2M(2) and 2M(3) does not appear to have any fill material in the space between to two lines of barriers located on the north and south sides of the pier columns. Is it the intent of the Owner to leave this space empty?
