There are no provisions allowed for draining the select back fill behind the rigid frame or wing walls. Will the department require geo-composite wall drain and outlet pipe? If so how will this be paid?

Geo-composite walls drains and weep holes in accordance with the “For conventional shelf/cantilever abutments” detail in Vol. V, Part 2, Sheet 5 of 8, File No. 17.12-5, shall be included in the cost of the Precast Concrete Rigid Frame.	7/20/2020
